What we provide and What not

  • Max tickets and Max Agents shall not reset on monthly or yearly basis.
  • Mask URL Forwarding settings if done from our side, then shall be charged extra. $2 per setup when ever done.
  • The funds once transferred shall not be refunded in any case.
  • Fund transfers shall be done in USD, Either by credit card, net banking or by debit card.
  • Support timing shall be based on IST. 10:30 to 13:30 and 14:30 to 18:30. Mon-Sat.
  • Additional support shall be charged extra, based on the efforts, timing and manpower cost.
  • Support shall be provided in english (Indian).
